• Is it necessary to book lessons in advance ?

We suggest you to book at least two weeks before your departure, whatever the period (even outside school holidays).

• Is the ski equipment included in the price of ski lessons ?

The price of ski lessons does not include the loan of equipment, you must have your ski equipment before your first lesson.

• Is the insurance compulsory ?

We recommend you to take out a "carré neige" insurance during your stay. This insurance is specialized in the practice of winter sports and gives you the necessary guarantees in case of accidents during and after ski lessons.

• Is it necessary to buy a ski pass for ski lessons ?

Ski pass is not included in the price of ski lessons, it is obligatory to buy it at checkout of ski lift. It is valid for all levels expect for beginners (to see with ski instructors at the end of the first lesson).

• How are organized ski lessons ?

Group lessons take place from Sunday to Friday, the gathering place is situated in front of  "Corbier tourisme" for adults and children over than 5 years old.
Little children who are registered at the Piou Piou Club inscrits have to go to kidgarden, located at the opposite of the building Soyouz-Vanguard.

• How are organized tests/stars ?

You pass test /stars the last day for people who have a card "group lessons" for a week. Registration is free and done automatically by ski instructors. They will give you a ticket to show at the office of Ski School. It is necessary in order to obtain a "book of capacity" and a medal.

• Is it possible to cancel  ski lessons booked in advance ?

By booking your ski lessons online, you could take out a cancellation insurance in order to proctect yourself before your stay against vagaries (until a week before your departure).
By booking by letter/mail, you can not take out a cancellation insurance. However, the Ski School of Corbier can, in case of force majeure and on presentation of a proof (one week before the departure) take the decision to cancel and refund ski lessons.There will be no refund made at the Corbier if the stop of lessons is beyond our control.

• Can a child of less than three years old take ski lessons ?

Your child is less of 3 years old, on site (with hostesses of Ski School) and according to the availability, you can make a request of registration for the Piou Piou Club.
For this registration, your child will have obligatory to be clean and it has to be the habit to be framed in an appropriate structure (day-nursery, day care center, school).

• Is there a possibility of canteen for children who take ski lessons ?

Canteen can be organized if there are at least 4 children registered.
Children must be registered in full day group lessons.
Registrations take place on site, when you arrive close to the hostesses of Ski School.
